2. B2B Account Registration

Registration for a B2B account is subject to manual approval. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. You must provide accurate company information. Approved accounts may be assigned to pricing tiers based on order volume and business type.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Bulk and OEM orders require a confirmed purchase order. Minimum order quantities apply per product line. Payment terms are net 30 days for approved accounts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. OEM / ODM Services

Custom manufacturing specifications, moulds, tooling, and designs remain the intellectual property of AcornPets Ltd until full payment is received and a written transfer of ownership is executed. Sample costs may be credited against bulk orders at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide on FOB, CIF, or DDP terms as agreed per order. Delivery timelines are estimates. AcornPets is not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or force majeure events.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, trademarks, product images, and designs are the property of AcornPets Ltd. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited. “AcornPets” is a UK registered trademark.

7. Liability

AcornPets Ltd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant order.
